Shipping Details
We only ship to the contiguous USA .
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Most Items will ship within 2 to 5 business days.
Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
We ship standard ground. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us for a shipping quote.
Orders that contain multiple items are sometimes shipped from different warehouses. When this happens those items will arrive to you by seperate deliveries. Don't worry, this is done at no additional cost to you.
Sometimes we have promotions that offer Free Shipping on selected items. These items will be shipped for free. However if your order also includes items that are not on a free shipping promotion then the shipping charge associated with the non promotional item(s) will still apply for orders totaling less than $300.00 .

Backorder policy Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control backorders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Return Policy You may return any item that you are dissatisfied with, in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it in its original condition and get your money back. Please contact us by e-mail at support@handcrankedradios.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping any item back. No refunds will be issued without an RMA. For items returned that originally qualified for Free Shipping the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the amount we credit back to you.
Damaged Goods Policy Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
